Could somebody explain me somthing about Naruto´s power`?

I know he his Asura transmigration, but does he used his power? I mean his power up comes from the bijus and from Rikudo, but as far we know Asura was not Jin. like Naruto.
So Naruto lost his seal, but have he ever used his power ?
