I think the best plot twist ever was if Kaguya, BZ, Orochimaru and Madara combined together and become KaguBlackOrodara. And then Hagoromo gives both Nardo and Sauce every single Jutsu known in existence and then all of them fight in probably the most epic battle of all time.
