It all depends on the effect the 9 Bijuu's chakra has on him, I do know for sure that he'd be fodder compared to his current self.

I don't know, its iffy. Cause Rikudo gave Naruto and Sasuke two things. His Chakra (Seal) and a techinque (Naruto got Six Path's Senjutsu while Sasuke got the Rinnegan) and we don't know what influence the 9 Bijuu alone would have on Naruto's strength....but the Juubi Jins obtained the Six Path's Senjutsu by just becoming the Juubi's, which is all 9 Bijuu combined Jinchuuriki.

But the Juubi isn't just the 9 Bijuu, its also contains a bunch of Nature Energy. So its possible that Six Path's Senjutsu uses the chakra of all Nine Bijuu and Senjutsu. Either Naruto's Toad Senjutsu would be too weak to use with it, or he'd be able to use it, but it'd be weaker than if he got his Senjutsu from Hagoromo.

it's debatable what they actually got from hogoromo in the first place. technically it wouldn't make sense that hogo romo would give sasuke the rennigan. the whole point was he gave each of them part of his power, one yin the other yang. technically in order to get the rennigan you need to have both of his powers, yin and yang. so did hogoromo give sasuke the tomoe rennigan or did he get it because kabuto gave him hashi cells? hogoromo didn't even have that type of rennigan, so how would he give him something he didn't have?

for narto, what did he actually receive from the sage. technically, the senjutsu of the sage could be considered every chakra from the bijuu, as thats why madara said he had the same power. so did hogoromo give him the senjutsu, or is it because of the bijuu in him? i can say that most likely he wouldn't have the sun seal, which would mean no jesus healing. but as far as the other powers he has, that all could be explained by the bijuu inside him. as he is literally just using an upgraded bijuu sage mode. but since he already mastered senjutsu himself, it takes the already great chakra he would have from all the bijuu to new hieghts. which would explain why he is able to fight on par or surpass people like madara and kaguya. but it really depends what exactly hogoromo gave them.
