These are my top 3 most versatile jutsus, and this isn't counting jutsus from Rikudo powerups. So gudodama, infinite tsukuyomi, dimension shifting, Kaguya's space time portal, etc. won't be included. Feel free to include them in your list though. Anyways, here's my list:
1. Kamui. Anywhere from a personal storage dimension, to phasing, to sniping, to teleporting, to coming back from the dead, to synching with a god's space time technique, kamui does it all. How can it not be number 1?
2. Edo Tensei. Bringing the dead back to life to fight for you is extremely versatile, it all depends if you bring back strong people. Deidara blowing up, and Tobirama's exploding tags could be used over and over if plot doesn't restrict them.
3. Kotoamatsukami. A genjutsu that surpasses even Naruto's talking, this jutsu could end a war if you just genjutsu the opposing side's leader.
