He possibly can. I mean, he did this to Pica without using any of his power-ups(Asura or ni Gorilla). And it was better than what G3 Grizzly magnum did to Pica. With Ausra he should definitely be able to destroy Noah, should be able to do without that but obviously the time period will increase.

Basically this. Why don't you stop having Zoro go around and one shot everything, which is incredibly boring and obnoxious ESPECIALLY when dealing with a highly anticpated Shichibukai's crew, and go and give some other people some credit. I mean shit, the way things are now, Robin somehow managed to dodge a fight AGAIN this arc. Instead getting solo'd by Sugar (which makes no sense due to the pure inconsistency of exactly what does and does not affect her limbs) so Ussop could get a funny yet cool moment.

Franky started off doing something and then got his shit pushed in by 3 DD members plus a squad of Marines and Pirates backed with Bastille chilling with no ****s to give.

The rest of the crew is gone except Ussop who can't move, and Luffy who'll surely solo Doflamingo with a last second assist from Law.
