As for if he could. In short: Yes; however, it is unlikely. He is currently using the move Parasite in addition to Bird Cage throughout Dressrosa. So I wouldn't be surprised if its similar to how Crocodile never used Sables to counter Luffy during their fight.

He's asking if Doflamingo can use Parasite on Luffy like he's shown to do on the Riku Army, Sanji, Jozu, and currently half of Dressrosa. Technically yes he can; however, if it lasts or is permanent is subject to debate.

1. We see Jozu is not stuck in it all of Marineford. So there is some chance he could escape it through strength (Luffy thst is)

2. Doflamingo is currently using s lot of his power on the city. Which is very similar to Crocodile who crested a grand scale Sables. Considering the HEAVY abuse of parallel between Alabasta and Dressrosa, its likely that he'll be unable to completely use his full powers.

yes, im sure he can, luffys speed and his CoO will play a big role in this fight to help avoid getting caught by the strings, and his CoA also, to avoid fatal injuries to Doflamingo's sharp strings.

I didn't say we did but he's complaining about OP nicknames in an OP thread when people here use way more nicknames for Naruto.
