Chakra = Spirit and body Yin Chakra = Spirit Yang Chakra = Body Yin + Yang Chakra = Chakra So again, the spirit and chakra is not the same. The chakra is part of the spirit and body. Not the entire spirit nor body. (Which is why I said they have parts of Indra and Ashura and not their entire spirit.) You dont get it. It says that the transmigration was about to be finished when madara placed hashi's cells within him.AFTER he placed the cells in himself the transmigration was over and the soul came out of his body he was basically dead at this point but he cheated and stayed alive its basically life support.

You're the one who isn't getting it here. Madara mixed Indra and Ashura's chakras, meaning that Indra's chakra was still in him when he transplanted the DNA from Hashirama. He then lived out his life to old age before awakening the Rinnegan, as in, it took that long for Indra and Ashura's chakras to mix completely. (Meaning that the transmigration didn't finish until then.) So when Madara was an old man, Sasuke gained Indra's chakra. After this Madara summoned the Gedo and went on "life support."
