Actually, if Oda actually takes Kid's fruit to Magneto levels, it'd probably be the most OP fruit in One Piece.

All Kidd can do is repel and attract with him at the centre, with some degree of freedom obviously..

He is weak when confronted 1 on 1 because in the OP verse buildings etc are rarely built with metal.

Swordsmen will struggle with him.

Yes sir. Zoro's the man but his haki isn't strong enough to mess with the Surgeon of Death.

Kid would get eaten by Luffy from what we've seen because he wouldn't be able to pull him in on repel( No swords, no metal ).
But Eustass' Haki could be on a beastly level( makes Vergo look soft) for all we know so it's in the air on that one.

I don't think we should throw Kidd into a list as of yet, we haven't exactly seen much of him, especially after the timeskip, and it's not like Dragon or Shanks where we have a level or position to hype him up, you know? For all we know, Kidd could be the strongest Supernova or the weakest.

His devil fruit? I love how people presume having a devil fruit like Kids gives the user mastery over every thing to do with magnetism straight away. It takes time and training and we haven't seen him at all show any power post skip.

Although I do agree he may be strong, but he'll be around Ace - Law level.

Only people in that list who he would get close to defeating are Shiliew and Vista imo.
