I think he has no intentions of saving them but i also thinks he has trust in kakashi to not die so easily while they are useless in battle he must know atleadt on of them are competent as he saw kakashi save himself and obito

Are you a five year old, OP? Of course he cares. Sasuke is simply looking at the big picture. All of humanity is at stake. He can't prioritise anyone but Naruto at this point. If anything, this confirms he's a lot more like Itachi than people care to admit. Sasuke is willing to make the big play for the big picture.

Thats not entirely true. Its not that he doesnt CARE about them. Hes putting the lives of the entire world over the lives of two. Not that he doesnt care all together he just cares about winning and saving the world more at this time.
