All of those events occurred, while Sasuke was using his teleportation. In other words, he didn't bother stopping the attack.

1). He wanted his Rinnegan and was too focused.
2). He is immortal, so cutting him wont help.​

lol kakashi turns on his ms eye only to get cut in half. he cant dream of reacting to sasuke let alone land a kamui on him. kakashi is non factor here as he is fodder near the other two. gai with his 8 gate is the only threat.

lol you are comparing formulating a thought with being able to physically move your body??? a thought or being able to comment is much easier done than having to move your body to react to something. madara being able to formulate a thought doesnt mean he could have reacted to sasuke as reacting is physical hence takes up more stress, a lot of more is needed. the manga never hinted that madara allowed sasuke hit him, when he was cut you could see how desperate he was to quickly kamui away, that face indicates that he helplessly blized, any other thing is fanfic.

those events dont show he wasnt bothered, dunno how you came to that conclusion, the guy saw sasuke coming and was cut, that simple.

1 wanting his rinnegan does not mean he will allow himself be cut in half. since becoming juubi jin madara never once allowed a hit except if he couldnt. theres no excuse madara was blized, you could tell from how despetrate he was to quickly kamui away

2 yes but being immortal does not mean that madara allows any hit he gets. here he was genuinly blized, nothing indicates otherwise

Ok let's look at madara.

We see here that madara had quite a distance on him by the time sasuke figured out he substituted his limbo clone. Also He was going at full speed even before sasuke could begin pursuit. He was so far that sasuke's rinnegan tech didn't work because it was out of range. Sasuke even heard naruto say what he wanted to say, then he began to chase him down.

We see here that he does stop to steal kakashi's eye, put it in and generate a thought before he was bisected.

Yes madara had to stop to steal kakashi's eye and put it in and generate a thought before sasuke bisected him, however sasuke too had to realize that madara used a sub, try to activate his rinnegan tech to no avail and hear naruto's words. Before sasuke began chasing, madara had quite a big distance between them. However when madara finished putting his eye in, sasuke was right there. Taking all this into account, we can infer that sasuke's footspeed is faster than madara's.
