Teuchi of Ichiraku Ramen | The Mastermind of Naruto

Evidence 1: The Knowledge
Throughout the Naruto and Naruto Shippuden series, Teuchi is always there when naruto needs to be comforted or something big is doing down. It is obvious that by now, Teuchi knows Naruto better than his own sensei. He has been there whenever Naruto needed counseling, and has consumed enough of Teuchi's mind-controlling ramen, that he knows all about naruto's specs. Teuchi also gives out rames to almost every ninja, including the knowledgeable Kakashi, and the legendary Sannin, Jiraiya. His mind-controlling ramen gives him information on all types of jutsu, even the Sharingan! This special ramen is the key to Teuchi getting information without having to do anything, and also, EVERYONE says EVERYTHING in the ramen shop, and Teuchi is always there, listening in on Jounin, Genin, heck, even Anbu.
Evidence 2: The Eyes
Teuchi has never opened his eyes, but he is still able to work perfectly fine. It is obvious that Teuchi is hiding a mangekyo in his eye socket, and and can easily subdue bijuu. He also has developed Sonar and Seismic Sense, so he can see without revealing his glaring, red eyes. He can rely on any of them to move swiftly and easily, even if one sense is tampered with. He is literally a Bat multiplied with Toph from A:TLA.
Evidence 3: The Kinjutsu
After dealing with cutting and slicing for over 20 years, it is obvious that Teuchi has been hiding his Kinjutsu skills in the form of a chef. He can easily launch knives/swords, slash, cut, and do anything that could rival Kisame, or even Sasuke. He can also flip some mean vegetables, which means that he is 100% OP in terms of handling any tool. He could kill Naruto in 5 seconds with Kinjutsu.
Evidence 4: The Ramen
Have you ever noticed that Naruto's favorite type of ramen is store-bought, but he always get's it from Teuchi? Teuchi has obviously drugged his ramen with 10,000 counts of gen-juice-u, that makes you addicted to his ramen for 100 years. It also gives you a personality type that makes you a dumber ninja, hence why Kakashi has made some crappy decisions in life, along with Pervy-Sage and Naruto, the two most perviest and dumbest people in naruto. If you eat his ramen, you become a victim to becoming a Perverted idiot.
