Sakura is stronger. The byakugan is worthless and Hinata's abilities are watered down versions of Neji's and we know how that turned out

The Byakugan is seriously underrated.

That said, I don't think that Gentle Fist can seal off the chakra from Byakugou, so I suppose Sakura would take this.

While Hinata would see Sakura's attacks coming, I don't think she has the speed or stamina to actually dodge them for long. That said, Air Wall Palm is quite powerful as well. Stopping the Juubi's arm while swinging full force is quite impressive.

But then, Sakura can regenerate, presumably at, or at least close to, Tsunade's level.

I guess Sakura takes this.

Okay so it takes both Tsunade and Sakura to summon 10% of the real Katsuyu

Now during the pain arc, Tsunade summoned Katsuyu. Katsuyu splits up

I said nothing about chakra. I said durability. The amount of chakra in them doesn't affect their durability only their healing abilities as said by katsuyu herself.

Kyuubi's Chakra increased all of Hinata's stats 3x times more powerful. Full Byogokou increased Sakura's stats to none. Hinata one shots her.
