As we all know the recurring theme in Naruto is that the Current Generation surpasses the Previous one.

Madara and Kakashi are previous Generation Sasukes

Guy is the Previous Generation Lee

Which means Lee will be stronger than this

In the end and at this rate Rock Lee should be able to beat Sasuke even in the 7th Gate.

In the end and at this rate. Im saying Rock lee after he gets his chance for a power up aka after some more hard work. He will surpass Sasuke. According to Kishis Timeline of characters lol
