Pretty much. Rasengan and FTG are all he needs, he has more techniques but obviously it's best to just stick to the most efficient and useful ones.

He has an armada of summoning toads on his side too all with unique abilities and skills which many people seem to forget about.

Well most characters in Naruto only spam their signature 2-3 moves. Look at Kakashi - 1000 jutsu and he only uses Chidori and kamui

I know right? XD I think the only time he even scratched the surface of those 1000 jutsu was during the second bell test against Sakura and Naruto. Where were the head hi ter jutsu, water dragon jutsu etc during this war?

It was stated that he had many other techniques, but developed the Rasengan because it best complemented the FTG. If you think about it, the Rasengan does not need hand seals, making it an instantaneous attack. What would be the point of teleporting to somebody so fast that they don't have time to react, just to perform hand seals and give the enemy time to counter?

He has plenty of seals, we just haven't seen them all. 4 trigrams, 8 trigrams seal and reaper death seal.

He used a shadow clone when he sliced Obito's neck while he was maintaining the barrier against the Juubi. It's astonishing how many people don't know that minato uses clones.

He never said he hasn't used it to fight, he said he hasn't used it much in battle. In other words he's only four with it a couple times before. And when he said he wasn't good at it, he explained the parts he wasn't good at, which is maintaining it long and entering quickly. Which is the same problem for all toad sage mode users, so this is irrelevant.

He can also seal portions of his chakra & other chakra into others, he sealed his chakra into naruto's seal, & he accidentally sealed his yin kurama into BZ.

He used clones during the war. They were edo clones but the fact that he knows how to do them means he can use them, I doubt being edo gave him clones.

I know but SM is pretty useful in some situations, an extra boost to his abilities temporarily isn't bad.

& Yeah pretty much, one good jutsu is enough to bring a character from fodder to kage.
