After all the shit he has put Konoha through has he now done enough to make amends with Konoha?

Took back the bijuu (actually naruto's part)
The SA was agreeing with him to burn the Juubi
Sasuke brought hope back to the SA, Naruto, the kages, and even Hashirama
He's also beating the sh!t out of Madara atm
Oh, and he also took Itachi's credit for stopping most of the edo's...which is unknown, but still.
OH, and he brought the Kages back...don't know if it helped, but still

EDIT: He also basically rid the world of pure flucking EVIL! Even though Orochi survived, he might still die by Sauce.
He "killed" Orochimaru
He killed Danzo (lets be honest he was gonna die after that KA anyways by Raikage)
He freed locked up test subjects which were told to let everyone know Sasuke freed them
Sauce has been in the clear, its just the people who don't sink in and try to learn every little nook n' cranky about Sasuke like they do Naruto, and they end up thinking illiterately and thus creating more and more.

yeah id say so, i mean i think that if naruto and sasuke are going to reform the world raikage and others will not want to have sasuke be a ruler of them, but made amends? of course he did, if madara wasn't so smart sasuke and itachi would have dispelled him which was the main objective was to get rid of madara who was attacking the 5 kage. he brought orochimaru back and provided the team that saved the 5 kage, he brought the edo hokages, he has kinda inherited hashirama/itachi's will, if sasuke did not bring the edo hokage and his team to the table the alliance would have lost. naruto was about to collapse and the alliance couldn't stall long enough for naruto to get healed and then thats when minato and everyone came(which i think maybe back then naruto was gonna resort to using the tailed beast chakra), beating obito and will beat madara. if none of them came, 5 kage would have been down still, and they would have inevitably lost cause naruto alone could not beat them.

He attacked his teammates and master he talked shit about Konoha. He attacked the Gokage (putting Konoha in bad light). He killed Danzo, a Konoha legend. Even if he was evil. He worked against Konoha and for a rebel group. And the list goes on.

You're asking the wrong question. What does Sasuke have to amend anything for? What has he done that every other nation hasn't already done, but are forgiven for?
-Killed samurai, murder is their profession
-Threatened to destroy Konoha, Suna actually attempted to destory Konoha
-Allied with Akatsuki, Iwa has hired Akatsuki before
-Tried to kidnap a significant member of a village, Kumo did the same when they tried to kidnap Hinata
-The Kage Summit, they attacked him first
-Killed samurai, murder is their profession

Sasuke really only has four major crimes.
1. He left the village without permission
2. He attacked Bee
3. He attacked the Kage summit
4. He killed Danzo
Other than this, Sasuke really hasn't done anything. Unfortunately, attacking the acting head of the Leaf Village, and the rest of the Kage in the process, is a pretty bad crime.
On the surface, I don't think anything can make up for killing Danzo. This is primarily due to the fact that the vast majority of the reasons Sasuke had for his actions are not widely known by everybody. However, there are a few people alive that know the truth and can vouch for Sasuke. If Hiruzen or the two Leaf elders back Sasuke and reveal the truth behind the Uchiha massacre, Orochimaru, and all of Danzo's other secrets, there is a chance that Sasuke can clear his name.
If not, he's going to jail (unless Naruto pardons him).

Sasuke is not a village, and this so called "forgiveness" didn't fully encompass all of the villages until the Akatsuki endangered everyone. The horrible things that the villages did in the past caused tension and led to war.
-So killing samurai who are protecting the five kage summit is alright because the samurai have the means to kill? By this logic Sasuke is justified in killing every shinobi in the world just because they fight to protect their land (with murder). Sasuke's profession is also murder, but instead of doing so for the well-being of a population, he does so for his own selfish reasons and without regard for even a companion in the organization that he formed (Karin).
-You are getting these comparisons wrong. Sasuke is not like a village attacking another, he is only one man in comparison to entire populations and he is not a leader looking out for the well-being of his people. He wanted only to crush the leaf for his own enjoyment/undeserved revenge.
-Once again, he is not a village. Also, Iwa hired the Akatsuki for military strategy against other villages. Though morally skewed, it isn't the same. Iwa was using a mercenary group without knowing their true plans. Sasuke was working for them, and he attempted to capture the Hachibi for the group that would later cause the very apocalyptic scenario he is now fighting in.
-He was trying to kidnap a Jin; not quite equal to Hinata. He did this for an organization that already had 7 tailed beasts and who's known purpose was world domination.
-Sasuke went to the five kage summit. I'm sure he was expecting more of a fight than just Danzo. He's a rouge ninja that caused the summit to be called by Ay (who still thought Sasuke was successful in capturing Bee). You're acting as if Sasuke should have been expecting a welcome mat at his enemy's doorstep.
Sasuke realized the fault of his ways. Just look who he is fighting beside now; Sasuke knows that he must make amends.
