The intel did not mention Madara had knowledge of Minato so Minato wins if Madara knows nothing about him. If Minato summons the toad battalion Madara cannot simply control all of them at once, that's impossible even for someone like him. Ma and Pa knew about the Rinnegan so its safe to say they would know about Madaras EMS abilities which would aid Minato even further.
Madara said Tobirama was the fastest of to exist in his era which was also Madaras era. If Tobirama said his FTG pales in comparison to Minatos then its certain with that jutsu he is much faster than Madara would be. How will PS defeat Minato? How can he hit such a small target like Minato who has the FTG?
Madaras character will be the reason he loses. He enjoys battles too much and likes to toy with his opponents and he likes to use his trump cards, PS in this case, as a last resort. Because of this nature, and that he has no intel on Minato, Minato can swiftly defeat him. No one can defeat Minato with no intel on him unless they have some type of borrowed power-up (jinchukiri, w/e) because no one can react to his FTG, especially the V2 one. Like seriously, with no intel on him the first instinct someone gets when he throws a kunai is to simply dodge it or deflect it with their own but in that moment he is already above you with a Rasengan. No one would think he has a uber advanced teleportation jutsu strapped to a simple kunai.
Give Madara intel and Minato KCM then we have a fight.
