Kakuzu has all 5 hearts, and the water heart is assumed to have Zabuza's level of water style.

Kakazu can suffer the same fate until his substitution (losing his air heart), and chidoring him would make him lose his earth heart.

Sasuke pretty low diff. Hearts can be taken down with Enton: Yasaka Magatama if my theory is correct, Susano'o isn't allowing Hidan to get blood. He gets burned from Amaterasu.
