Hagoromo, he is the sage of the six paths seriously people, he is the jin of the juubi with the other half of kyuubi and with both rinnegans. As people said, he made the moon, I have yet to see Mads do that. Also he took down the juubi at full power, wih help of course but Mads walked in on a supremely weakened Juubi who might not even be the full, there might be half in the sages brother. Also rin is borrowed power for Madara, as Madara said himself, a borrowed eye isn't the same strength so going by that logic his rinnegan is weak compared to the Sages. And yes his eye is at least half borrwed, he stole Ashura chakra which wasn't his originally.
