Why Hanabi isn't in the war?

She and the rest of the Konoha genin are not in the war, because they are too young. Usually age doesn't matter in the shinobi world, but for some reason during this war it does. Some of the fodder shinobi in that war look like all they know how to do is throw a kunai and the majority haven't even done anything besides stand around for 90% of it. I'm sure that Konohamaru and Hanabi would do a better job then them. I also doubt that Hanabi>Hinata at this point, it would be safe to make the assumption that Hinata has surpassed her.

Also there was a filler that stated the genin were too young to go to war, but that was a filler and not canon so...
but I'm still going to count it because that it the only logical answer as to why not a single genin from Konoha isn't there.

Hanabi is younger than Hinata but still better than Hinata.
Why is she not in the war?
Do you think Kishi is planning for her entrance after the war which may play a big role for the story progression as well as towards the ending?

It doesn't even make sense to even try and prove Hanabi is stronger because you can't. Your only evidence is a few scenes from PART ONE. Hiashi focused on Hanabi more because he also felt Hinata didn't have the personality to be a ninja, not 100% because Hanabi was completely stronger

Firstly, Hinata> Hanabi. She is in the war hanabi isn't. She knows 64 palms, hanabi doesn't.

I realize that. Sasuke is as well. But they are the exceptions, if the two strongest fighters you have on your side are genin, why would you not let them go to war? They're also 16 going on 17. Some of the other genin in the village are more qualified than the fodders on the alliance's side right now, but they are just 12. They're too young to go, at least according to the anime.
