^^I am pretty sure obito considers orochimaru the most dangerous of the sannin, considering the number of times he cursed orochimaru for knowing so much about hashirama's cells.(He did in the sasuke vs danzo fight, and also when he met kabuto) Furthermore, there is still genjutsu, which orochimaru has been vulnerable to.(and obito's genjutsu is powerful)

That's presuming he even has time to enter sage mode. here's what really happens in the fight:
Sasuke amaterasu's jiraiya or tsunade at the start(this is IC for him)
Obito warps orochimaru
Itachi either tsukyomis or amaterasu the remaining guy

Of course, Obito solos these three and itachi or sasuke might be able to solo as well.
