Sometime during the beginning of the series, when Lelouch speaks to CC, he says "You just advanced my plans" (or something along those lines). This implies that he had plans to take down Britannia without the use of a supernatural power.

Do you think this would be possible? How would he have done it?

I think he could've done it with Suzaku's way, coming back to Empire and decaying it from the inside

Possible, but I can't really imagine Lelouch doing that. He wanted to destroy Britannia before he got his Geass (I think, my memory is a bit shady). Besides, he was the Eleventh Prince of Britannia which meant he would have had to have done a lot of waiting in order to take the throne peacefully.

By that point, he was already set to die before C.C. jumped in, anyways, so it wouldn't have really mattered. And no, there were way too many things he did (even before Euphemia's massacre) that required use of his Geass, so I doubt he would've lasted long without it.

I suppose so... I meant if CC had not existed.

He would have taken a different approach to things if he had not had Geass. Though I kinda doubt he could do it, this is Lelouch we're talking about so there must be a possibility.

I'd say that everything up the end of S1 could have been possible without a Geass. But beyond that? No. He would've been limited to being a terrorist without Geass.
