No,Simply saying that they are not capable of keeping up with Juubi Obito. Even in air they only managed to trace him but still couldn't react to him as non of them managed to land a blow on Obito so it shouldn't be considered as that much of a great feat for both Naruto as well as Sasuke but still it is impressive as we are talking about the Juubi's jinchuriki here.
