KCM or BM

Yes he was. He managed to dodge the fourth Raikages fastest punch in KCM.
He managed to dodge the third Raikage in sage mode (even mentioning how he could dodge faster with sage mode,
due to a better threat sensing ability if I am not mistaken).
Fourth Raikage is known for his speed unlike the third Raikage (who was more known for
his defensive taking ability and his strong offensive ability). So if Naruto can dodge the fourth raikage, I think he can dodge the third raikage in KCM as well.
BM is probably faster than sage mode and obviously faster than KCM.
So yeah, Naruto is faster.

i use to believe naruto was the fastest character after minato but his speed has been nerfed to the point where he doesn't seem as fast anymore.
