The Sasori fight was a lot shorter in the manga, the whole Sakura figuring out Sasori's attack pattern never happened either, he just used Iron Sand: World Order very quickly.

As for what the usual audience doesn't know of is Satetsu production and Satetsu left-overs. They are usually under the impression that Sasori has a limited amount of Satetsu that he has stored up inside the Kazekage puppet which is not the case as he produces more Satetsu instead of having a limited amount of it. A simple way to prove this is bringing up a scan of Sasori and his Kazekage Puppet next to the Satetsu blocks and compare them to the Kazekage Puppet. The amount of Satetsu used to form those blocks simply wouldn't fit inside of the Kazekage even if we exclude the Satetsu Sasori pulled out of him prior to the Satetsu he used to form large blocks and the rest of the weaponry inside of the puppet.
The Satetsu left-overs are a simple tactic that may not work against some certain characters. After Sasori uses his Satetsu attacks that connect with the ground, he can leave a small portion of the Satetsu on the ground which can later be suddenly spiked up if the enemy gets close.
There's also an overlooked feat of Sasori in which he managed to see Chiyo's almost invisible strings and his enemies even though he was inside of Hiruko and had dark cloth covering his head and the fact that he could still see his surroundings after being just a heart.
If the enemy wears some kind of metallic weapons, armory, headbands, anything you can use it as a side tactic in which Sasori can utilize the Kazekage's magnetism in order to pull the metallic object on the enemy which would result in the enemy not being able to react to the upcoming Satetsu attack.
And if you're going against a character that has the ability to absorb Chakra, it can be either argued that the Satetsu cannot be absorbed or if it a portion of his Chakra gets absorbed, Sasori can turn it into magnetism which would result in the enemy's body who has Sasori's Chakra inside of it getting magnetized.
When debating with Sasori, you have to rely on your imagination as you can use the Satetsu to make any shape out of it for any situation. You can use it to make an argument on Sasori who can fly, create a Susano'o-like entity, etc.
