Sasuke didn't really get stabbed. But a wood clone of Sasuke did. Notice there's no blood. Because sasuke's real body probably didn't get stabbed. He wouldn't be that stupid to throw his swords right by madara.

And for those that think madara would've seen it just remember that madara had his rinnegan activated and rinnegan doesn't have the insight Sharingan does so he wouldn't notice it.
