Here is a prediction, just for the hell of it. It's an idea, but whether I believe it will happen or not is a different story, predictions are just fun to make. I bolded the bullet points for people who just want to skim.:
Naruto will have Kurama removed. At various places in the manga Naruto is reminded that he's strong by himself. Here's one:
The tailed beasts were told to look for the Real Power by the So6P, and there was a consensus among the tailed beasts that Naruto is what they're looking for. So, having Kurama taken away from him could be the catalyst for Naruto putting it to use. Beating the badguys by using powerups and brute force and strength is not how I predict the war is going to end. I mean, when a badguy becomes receptive only because they've had their powers taken away (Obito), that's not much of a surprise.
Maybe it is already manifesting in the form of more and more characters jumping in with an epic save whenever it looks like Naruto's going to lose. Having the last character you would expect take their turn makes for a nice twist, which is where my next prediction comes in:
Obito has Black Zetsu trapped, since Black Zetsu exposited his reasons for remaining attached and having to take the rinnegan while Obito is still alive. Black Zetsu could be in a very bad position right now, because Obito might be able to use Black Zetsu's life force as if it were his own, since it is what is keeping him alive. Obito can kill Black Zetsu by performing Rinne Tensei one more time, but using Black Zetsu's life as the sacrifice instead. The Rinne Tensei can be used to stop or reverse Naruto's Kurama-extraction death.

- Madara will find a way to get his left eye back, because Madara always gets his way.
- Shit will hit the fan a million times over.
- Power-up for Sasuke due to Naruto's death, one of the bonds Sasuke tried to break specifically because of how much he values it, so therefore the amount of power he would get from it. Why not actually go through with it at some point in the story?
