Shisui's Genjutsu... would it work on anybody?

Well.. Hashirama and Tobirama have battled countless Uchihas. must have overcome genjutsu because of their strong chakra that's able to break through rock. Along with great chakra control. What about a tailed beast? When Madara took control of the ninetails was that genjutsu he used or would it be considered as something else? Madara I don't think ever used genjutsu on Hashirama/ Madara being the strongest uchiha. you'd think he'd have as good of genjutsu as Shisui. so would KA. Work on anybody even tailed beasts???

The one who gets hit by it will not break it, simply because whatever the order is, it will seem completely natural and sensible. So he/she won't even try to get out, and will be affected by it as long as it hits, and as long as there isn't anyone around to prevent that person from obeying.

If the person were quick enough, they could potentially have their enemy lock themselves in their own genjutsu.

But since it will never come to pass, it's not countable.

When using Genjutsu, a Shinobi will insert his own Chakra into the Chakra flow of the enemy through one of the five senses, which allows him to take limited control of his senses. The users of visual Genjutsu, like the name suggests, use their eyes to insert the Chakra into the Chakra flow of the enemy through eye contact, utilizing the sense of sight.

If one would utilize a Genjutsu on a mirror, the Chakra would not be reflected back. There would be no link between the eye of the user and the mirror, so either the Chakra would simply hit the mirror, dispersing after not having any effect at all, or the Genjutsu would simply not be activated.

A mirror is not a viable counter, sorry.
