I don't get why some people (not you) are looking too deep into what he said. Some people insist that Madara referred to Orochimaru and that they know each other somehow. Madara clearly was talking about Kabuto, because Kabuto introduced himself as Obito's partner to Madara, and told Madara he was the one who modified Madara's body.
