Kismage with a water source is godly, add in the fact kabuto likes to use ninjutsu that he can absorb only would give itachi and kisamge more defence

Location is a issue, but itachi is well aware of this. He could easly destory this land on his own or instruct kisame to do so.

The fact that orochamru and kabuto BOTH will have to aviod itachis eyes only makes kisame stroger. Wile kabuto can use his snake to feel out the space. Kismage has MASSIVE and widespread attacks and in order to counter he would need to use his vision more otherwise he is blinded by a wall of water.

There are many way team1 could win, but I'd go with some summonnings distracting Itachi/Kisame, while Kabuto and Orochimaru impale them from beneath the ground.

Team2 stands no chance. Sorry.

Itachi countered it by covering himself and sasuke with partial susanoo, and kabuto has to convert the insides of his body into liquid to nullify the effects of white rage, i doubt he can use any other jutsu while in such a condition

Itachi counter it by having an undying body, which isn't flesh. Alive Itachi will feel the effects the same Sasuke would.
Easing the vibrations by liquifying his body does not stop him from using any other jutsu externally.

the edos are exactly as when they were alive, third raikage's body was as tough as when he was alive, the dna material used converts the sacrifice's body into the person being revived

No they aren't alive Itachi is sick. None has reanimted paper tisse as a body. No one has bones, no one has blood or any human.

No he didn't Sasuke comment was compeltly different then Itachi. Itachi can see as an edo, Itachi can hear as an edo, but itachi cannot feel bones rubbing against each other.
