1- Shinju attack the one with most chakra first. KCM Minato and Naruto were the easiest prey for Shinju
2- Minato said he couldn't teleport because of the fact Shinju just absorbed his chakra(not Tobirama's) AND the fact he used that massive Hiraishin earlier to teleport entire shinobi alliance

You're talking about the strength of the chakra there, not the quantity. Old Hiruzen(with low chakra reserve) broke tiles without even touching them just by raising his chakra. We don't know about Hiruzen since he wasn't shown, but Tobirama can only use 2clones while maintaining the barrier. Since the chakra is evenly divided, it means, he needs 1/3 of his chakra to maintain the Hokage barrier. So admitting old Hiruzen couldn't make clones and that it takes most of his chakras just to maintain the barrier, it means Tobirama only has 3times more chakra than old Hiruzen with low chakra reserve at most(probably even less than that)
Where does raising chakra have to do with a comparison in the chakra quantity between the 2? Old Hiruzen could break tiles without even touching them just by raising his chakras as well

The difference between Tobirama and KCM Minato is that like Hiruzen, his limit wasn't mentioned(on the contrary of Tobirama and Hashirama). He only made one clone because it was all what he needed to make the job done against an opponent he already marked

You are now making excuses for Minato... Hiruzen's "limit" wasn't mentioned either, yet nothing stopped you from comparing Hiruzen to Tobirama that way... lol.
Nowhere is it stated he only made 1 to just get the job done. As shown the context of the Shadow clones was in how many they could do with in a limit. So you can either go by that, or just use something else to make your point.

First of all, it's been stated by the manga that Senju were blessed with extraordinary life force and yang (physical) chakra. His chakra's powerful enough to resist Edo Tensei, until Orochimaru used Hashirama's DNA to strengthen the binding, and is powerful enough to create a crack on a wall by simply placing his hand on it and releasing chakra through it.
