Okay, this is likely to be plausible because I have gotten this from a friend I know well and who lives in Japan. He told me he is one of the greatest fans of kishimoto and revealed me some things from a letter he got from the mangaka today morning on facebook.
NEWS:
-Shikamaru isn't dead yet. He is unconscious and he will have a major role in commanding the alliance to assist Naruto.
-The manga will not end this year,probably next year
-Orochimaru still have evil plans but he wants to enact them once he have found the deepest secret that the uchiha stone tablet hides. For that, he needs sasuke help, rather than his body and he is waiting for the right time.
-There will be no more powerups for Sakura
-Tsunade has an ultimate technique that was passed down from Hashirama himself
-Rikudo's backstory will be revealed after the end of the manga, rikudo will not meet naruto because Naruto is rikudo himself
-Sasuke will become hokage instead of Naruto so that the uchiha prejudice is cleared out and the clan can start anew and pure.
-Sasuke wants to make the bijuus disappear because he believe that they are sources of great destruction and peace will never be achieved
-Naruto will leave the village and go with the bijuus
-Hiruzen has pure sage mode like hashirama. It would be revealed later that hiruzen was the student of hashirama and was taught the ability.
-Hiruzen's sage mode allows him to fill himself with life and return temporarily to a young age
-Naruto is going to the yin chakra after Minato is defeated by Obito's technique or Madara's technique
-Madara will become Juubi jinchuriki after Naruto has gotten his ultimate powerup. He will fight at full power and display all the godly powers of the sage of six paths.
-Obito won't die but will follow a unique path that leads to enlightenment
