Not sure how this would work, but a sage Oro would be too much for Jirayia to handle. Except for genjutsu, a known weakness of him, none of Jirayia's jutsus would harm him. Hypothetically.

Ofc from himself. He seals a part of HIS senjutsu chakra in a person. The only thing he got from Juugo was information about a special enzyme and the way it triggers body transformations while in contact with Senjutsu chakra.
Oro experimented on this enzyme and came up with his own Cursed Seal that, unlike in Juugo's case, eliminated the problem of getting into rage.

So basically,
Oro's Cursed Seal -> gives a body an ability to transform.
Oro's Senjutsu chakra -> triggers that transformation.

Jiraiya still wins. Getting Snake Sage Mode doesn't equate to getting all of Kabuto's techniques, especially when he got most of them from Sound 5 and Taka.

White Rage is useless without the ability to liquefy his insides (Which I don't get at all, why would Snake SM give a move that harms the user? Unless there is another way around it) since the vibrations will still harm and paralyze him. Muki Tensei is meh here considering there is barely anything to use here.

So Oro has 1 semi useful Sage technique and 1 useless one.

and IMO wins the less incomplete, or the most complete, depending of perspective.

Maybe Sm's enhanced durability can partially tank it. It's sort of a double blade, but if it hits the opponent will be hurt more.

As orochimaru can't have acces to snake sage mode... when you say SM orochimaru i think you're talking about Hydra Mode Orochimaru? (the strongest version we've seen of him)
