PS = Kyuubi at minimum, possibly even stronger depending on the user's chakra reserves. This is why I say PS Sasuke would just about equal BSM Naruto. 100% BSM Naruto is another story...

You can only make this somewhat even by taking them out of the desert into a neutral location and leaving Sasuke with what he currently has.

No, not only that he can even solo madara and hashirama at the same time. The only person on sasuke's level now is juubito and even juubito loses to sasuke high diff.

Sasuke would need what he has now, PS, a new form of CM, a new EMS tech, and possibly half of the fruit (I believe Naruto will obtain the other half), to solo Hashirama, not to mention Obito.

EMS Madara with PS + Kyuubi couldn't solo Hashirama.

His susanno has changed and it resembles madara's PS but not stablezed like the one that was used against the 5 kages.
