Question about Kakashi and Tsuki no Me

If Obito were to cast Tsuki no me now and then Kakashi were to warp out of the Kamui dimension a few minutes later, would he still be caught in it since it is already initiated? Sorry if the answer is really obvious, It just came to mind.

We really don't know that.

Standard Tsukyomi works as a "burst", so if you see the eyes of the user at the moment he's casting the jutsu, you're caught. But if you look him in his eyes two seconds later, nothing happens (unless he casts the jutsu again then).

So, the same might be true for Eternal Tsukyomi - it's a single "burst" from the moon that puts the world under genjutsu, but then if someone comes from "outside" the world, he's not caught in it unless the Eternal Tsukyomi is cast again.

So there are huge chances Kakashi would not get caught.
