Jubbito has never on par with the Sage

The reasons are simple:

1- The Sage has been a "sage", meaning he has had sage mode, while Obito doesn't have it.

2- Obito has gained this insane power AFTER and JUST by becoming Jubbi Jin, while the Sage was so strong that he could fight defeat, and seal Jubbi BEFORE becoming its Jin and only by relying on his own power and techniques.

Of course, if my claim gains disagreement based on this answer that: "No, the Sage wasn't only reliant on his own power cause his mom had eaten the fruit of Jubbi whose power came to the son as well. If so, we can reach to the theory that the fruit of the tree (Jubbi) is so much stronger than the tree itself in such to make the Sage being able to fight and seal him all alone

Meh... It's debatable. Pre Jin Obito had no problems at all restraining the Juubi. Obviously Rikudou was powerful, probably more powerful than Pre Jin Obito in his own Pre Jin state, but not as much as you think. Obito still had MS+Kamui+Mokuton+Insane reserves which is relative to Pre Jin Rikudou himself. Rikudou also was never in full control of the Juubi.

So I say it's like this:

Pre Jin Rikudou > Pre Jin Obito by a 5-10% Margin.

Post Jin Rikudou > Post Jin Obito by a 5% margin.

Both of them were godly in both cases.

This is silly, you imagine how powerful Kurama is, he was only at half his power for majority of the fight and now at full power. Of course the Juubi (or Shinju) is incomplete. And no way is Obito stronger than the Sage. He was a direct descendant of the woman who inherited the chakra from the fruit. Imagine if two people were trying to get warmth from a fire, the person standing closer to the fire will be warmer and even with Obito's new found power, he couldn't possibly understand the true nature of the chakra like the Sage did.

Agreed. The Sage was born with the Rinnegan. Evidence for this is that Obito didn't receive a second Rinnegan when he took in the Juubi, so the Sage was able to use the Rinnegan to its full potential, able to use techniques like izanagi, chibaku tensei, and other moves that he was able to create.
