It proves that if the father has uzumaki blood running through him, the son also carries that bloodline.
the whole being born in a clan is a vague indication of ones own bloodline.
I'm sure even if it is revealed that his father is not an Uzumaki, then you will say that what if his grandpa has been an Uzumaki? XD

Guys just think about it. Suppose you are from a clan A, and after many many years the generations descended from you extend and widen to create clan B. Then you tell me, which clan you yourself are you? Obviously clan A.

Guys I don't understand why you insist on Sage being an Uzumaki when Kishi himself states that he is not. Again, it may be true that over time his descendants create a clan called Uzumaki, but that doesn't mean that he's an Uzumaki. That's obvious

even if so, the whole discussion over whether Sage has been an Uzumaki or not regards his initial clan he's born to. When theories claiming the Sage being an Uzumaki from the beginning were approved wrong, their theoreticians resorted to another thing, stating what you said about joining blah blah blah
you're right but some people will never understand this.

kishi is just messing with us :] he makes things obvious then makes us think. example... the last coffin has to be madara to scare tobi that bad, no one suspected that the first hokage be brought back so soon. Then everyone already theorized that obito was tobi, but changed their minds when he was all of sudden madara. It's obvious that Naruto is related to the sage somehow, he could be in fact a Uzumaki still.

nope, but don't you think dismissing the possibility is an ignorant thing to do?
anything is possible, as long as kishi allows it to be.

Plausibility is preferred over possibility

Like I said, you can't possibly know what's plausible because the origin of the father remains unknown and you are not Kishimoto.
