My guess is Naruto since Madara would be unstoppable with it and its one of the only ways I can see Naruto saving the world himself.

Or kakashi will kamui out and either eat it or warp it away.

Clearly Madara's goal is to obtain the fruit, but as you said, Madara would be a much too large threat with Rikudo's power along with his own.

Naruto might obtain some of the fruit, possibly half, but I believe Sasuke's lust for power will make him eat the fruit.

It will more than likely spawn very soon. It spawns once a millenia and passed time people have forgotten their origins; I'd say it's roughly 1000 years since Kaguya ate the fruit.
