Agreed in almost every question you put, but there are some argumenting style that I'd like to argue...

Telling that "people can't use some techniques just because they haven't using them throughout the serie" is quite a debatable argument itself, even if they cause some doubt... but you know that Kishimoto has its wildcards well hidden so he could make late cliffhanger, that's just like him. That is known as "circumstancial ad hominem" and it is a non-conclusive way to deny possibilities. I'd ask you to be careful to deny possibilities with that resource, since that is a vague claim and not a hard proof that denies possibilities.

For example, I'd like to summon a possibility that has a quite high chance for Tsunade to teach Uzumaki/Senju skills to Sakura, and that would be something as simple as a Scroll. Sakura is the bookworm kind of character that could learn skills through book study, and even Naruto most used jutsu was learned thanks to the Shodai Scroll. If Sakura manages to show a technique of that nature, then that couldn't be called an asspull, since it was done before.

You agree with his tiem slot for Tsunade having the seal? Even with those flashbacks? Hashi had to be dead before she got it IMO remember he was most likely talking about base Tsunade.

No, I don't agree with his statements, but with the questions he puts on the table.

For example, 6) is a very good question... Do you think Tsunade mastered the Yin seal at a very young age? Or maybe she developed her strength at a very young age...

I know but it's pretty evident in the case of the seal. As for developing strength yes i believe it's something she had from ever since she was a kid.

Nonetheless, she have some genjutsu talent, so it's reasonable to deduce that her seal is Yang related (since Tsunade wasn't shown to have genjutsu ability on her prime and she recieved a seal that promotes her Yin abilities, that is, Tsunade was born with the opposite talents related to Sakura, so they are recieving the Seal that complements their abilities).

Based on this, Sakura may be awakening abilities related to "lifeforce" with her Seal. Of course, this is only deductive reasoning based on manga facts, but I may be wrong.

That's exactly what Yin is for. Tsunade awakens the Yin seal that enhaces her Yin based abilities, and Tsunade is mainly Yang by Nature (she is quarter Senju).

But Sakura is the opposite. Sakura is Yin by Nature (genjutsu user) so it's natural to deduce that her Seal is Yang. That's my deductive reasoning line.

I honestly, don't think Kishimoto will do much with her, being that he waited this long just to give her this power-up.
If he does, surprisingly do something. He will most likely have hashirama or Tsunade hype her up, maybe make a slight comment about Mito, but not much to go into detail about her.

Well yeah, i don't expect a 10 chapter flashback of it but more like a page or two mentioning similarities. Even that would give insight into Mito
