Look at the eyes and hair. Its the same as minato's teammate. Minato would also be in his 40's now which is how old teuchi is. It also explains why teuchi was so nice to Naruto. He knew his dad.

Let Jiraya's age is 25 at that time

Minato is 10 when team Jiraya formed

25-10=15

Jman is 15years older than Minato

currently Jman is 54

54-15=39

Currently Minato is 39

Let's test the result

currently Kakashi is 30

30-16=14

Kakashi is 14 when Minato died

39-16=23
Minato is 23 when he died


23-14=9

Minato is 9years older than Kakashi


Currently Minato is 39 and Kakashi is 30
