How can Minato go into KCM/BM already?

Naruto had to do a tug of war and go head to head with his half of kurama, so how is it that Minato just goes into the mode? When did he have the time to fight his half, and where?

My theory is that the Yin half sensed the situation with the Yang Half and so it helped Minato willingly or that Minato dealt with it inside of the Reaper.

Did you read? How can Minato transform at all if he didnt fight with his own half?

Maybe the yin Kurama let him use the chakra sparingly.

The revelation of the existence of another conscious Kurama makes it even harder(if that's even possible) for me to take KCM Minato seriously, hope it's explained in detail, if not I call lolKishi gift.

I doubt that since Minato's half said that "He's even managed to convince this OTHER HALF of mine" that means the way he's speaking he hasn't been convinced. Idk maybe you're right though since they are part of the same entity

kyuubi is sealed with in naruto but is still lacking the huge amount of chakra,, that minato took, and that's the gift he was talking about to give to naruto..

Being a genius doesn't mean anything , and you don't know what I mean you have to fight Kurama before he lets you use his chakra in the first place. I'm not talking about kurama sucking up his chakra it's about kurama letting him use it in the first place Minato had to win the tug of war. What? There is no lifeless part they're both half of kurama they both have consciousnesses they're both jinchuriki's. He does have kurama inside him did you forget how he sealed half of him inside him? As for kurama becoming smaller that is because his other half was gone and into Minato.

I think Kishi wil explain it in next few chapters then only we can decide wether it is a plot twist or not and not Every Jin should have to train like Naruto did....!
