I think Jubito will eliminate the edo hokages. Imagine the war being over, naruto can speak with minato all he wants, no matter how long time passes.. He can just ask someone who knows edo tensei if they would revive him or he could learn it himself.. I think Jubito will destroy them and they will never be able to get revived again xD thoughts?

Anyway I agree that the Edo's will be killed. But what Obito is destroying is the Edo body, not the soul of the Shinobi. So in theory, if Orochimaru has more Zetsus available he can keep the Hokages coming back.

But he would need DNA from them and that could be a bit of a hassle
