You're just ASSUMING it left it out... but by listing, Astral,physical,material and ninjutsu... It covered EVERY type of attack possible... Iv'e said it like 3 times already.. Sage techniques will fall under astral attacks

If your definition was true then saying astral and ninjutso would be redundant as all ninjutso is basically chakra and your definition includes chakra in astral. Assuming that at least a little thought was put into making the data books your definition for astral must be wrong. It must mean Yin in order for it to make sense.

You're thinking that because yin is astral, it means its the only set of astral abilities? Non Physical does Not refer to Yin alone.... such a thing was never stated.. there are many attacks without physical nature that do not fall under an aspect of "yin" , Astral refers to any concept that is Non physical....

It's true that Yata Mirror can withstand more than Ninjutso, which are the 5 elements. It can also withstand physical attacks = Taijutso and Yin Yang attacks. but the method on how it withstands them should be the same.

Also we have to take into context what type of Jutso Edo tensei really is. It's definitely not an element combination of jutsos. In fact it combines both the ability to callback a soul (which is YIN) and restore it into a body (which is YANG).

This is why OnMyYoudon was able to cancel it. because it was using the same type of chakra.

That's how the Yata Mirror works. Now why would Kishi specify all the types of chakra including Yin and Yang and leave out Senjutso if not on purpose? He wanted it to be all he should either specify all of them or none. Leaving one out will always give room to speculation.

In other words I may not have definitive proof that Senjutso can defeat Yata Mirror, but neither can anyone prove it can't because Data Book literally leaves only Senjutso out.

Not really. It doesn't have to change into the opposite of something to negate it. Yata could imbue itself with the same amount of Natural energy to cancel out the senjutsu. The possibilites are open.

And also senjutsu chakra is still chakra. And Yata can block that.

Energy is in no way Spiritual! That concept is an abomination. Motion is nothing but energy and it's definitely not spiritual in any way.

Eitherway I now recall that Senjutso actually is a combination of the three yin yang and nature. So you might be right. Although I still think it's stupid to material and astral and ninjutso, because it's redundant.

Senjutsu gets negated by Yata

Anything dealing with Yata, totsuka, is different than ninja techniques, and therefore should not be bounded by the same limitations we give jutsu's... They are categorized as spiritual weapons for a reason I soppose...

Really wouldn't be surprised if the yata mirror and totsuka are not relevant to the SO6P and Juubi... and has a background story that would perhaps hint characters or entities in the past that could create such weapons... Unless kishi will act like himself and not give any panel time on the subject.
