Oil doesn't dissolve in water, thus they don't mix. Simple chemistry, really. The oily water that was stated to be Gaaras weakness is a special substance only innate to the trollkage.

Gamabuntas oil will still affect Gaaras sand, however. It just wouldn't turn it into the useless mush seen when it came in contact with the Trollkages oily water; but rather, it'll most likely clump up together due to it's sticky and thick properties.

only if kishi takes all that in witch he doesnt use chemistry in his manga

Yeah I hear that. Though to be honest, I'm not convinced with Bunta's oil not seeping through his substance. If you're still gonna be here in a few hours, I'll tell you why. I'm going out now init.

Minato's Shunshin in Base is Itachi level. His reaction time is barely enough to react to a frontal assault from A, the best debaters around will tell you that. I also find Minato using Clones in Base unlikely. In all his screentime in base he never did, likely because his stamina reserves arnt noteworthy and he would wear out too fast.

Warped Bijudama Once & The Kyuubi once. Used Rasengan once and warped himself a few times. Not impressive.

Look at the feats and it will become clear. Itachi's speed is even capable of escaping Sharingan's pre-cog, Minato was seen by Sharingan.

Some noteworthy debaters even consider Itachi faster.

FTG'd a lot of times, Rasengan, Contract Seal, S/T barrier, summoned Bunta, teleported the Kyuubi and its Bijuudama, Reaper Death Seal, Four Symbols Seal.

A kid Naruto couldn't even summon Bunta without Kurama's help so yes his chakra is pretty damn big.

The only feat of Itachi fooling the Sharingan I can recall is a genjutsu feat.

Minato already blitzed Obito before he could stab Naruto so he also fooled the Sharingan.

And the only things you mentioned that would have took a lot of chakra were The barrier and teleporting the Kyuubi. Nothing else was chakra taxing.

Grabbing Naruto wasn't blitzing Obito. Especially when Obito was reacting to Minato's Shunshin everytime. FTG V2 was the only way Minato was able to hit him, and that was a one time only thing.

In the overall sense, Itachi's feats of speed are way better (
