I wonder when people will finally understand that having a higher databook score doesn't make someone stronger. Someone like Gai(or especially Lee) is always going to have a lower databook score because he pays no attention to ninjutsu or genjutsu. Lee will always have a lower databook score because he can't use those two. Doesn't make them any less elite in what they do focus on.

Sakura isn't a master in taijustu she just has enhanced strength

Obito deserves a 5 in Genjutsu. He put a Yagura who was a Perfect Jinchuuriki under a Genjutsu which is quite the feat..

Not getting why Kakashi has a 4 in speed when he's had a 4.5 since DB2 in Part I. If anything, he'd probably have a 5 now. Same goes with Taijutsu - he had a 4.5 in Taijutsu since DB2, not sure why you would downgrade him back to a 4. His current feats would only push him higher, definitely not lower.

Also not getting why Obito has 5's across the board. His Taijutsu should be a 4, maybe a 4.5. His Genjutsu should obviously be bumped to a 5, though.

I can see you adjusted Kakashi's speed, but his Taijutsu still needs to be corrected. He has had a 4.5 since DB2, which was around the Chuunin Exams in Part I, so it makes no sense to downgrade him to a 4 after hes shown the ability to tango with the likes of Dojutsu enhanced V2 Jinchuuriki.

His Genjutsu may also need a boost after he has shown the ability to contend with Obito's Genjutsu, but that isn't really a big deal - his Taijutsu being fixed is more important.
