You're going to have to argue with more premises besides just similar techniques. There was Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki, Hashirama married an Uzumaki, so its plausible that Tsunade and Kushina are related, but if Minato is related to Tobirama in any way, its probably solely through marriage not through any immediate blood.

Considering that there was never any hint of this and not to mention there's no real similarities besides techniques. But I can't say it wouldn't be possible, but it would be really stupid..
