That would: (obviously be stupid but I'll leave the obvious out of this) ruin the story, ruin Luffy, ruin the TS and no doubt, it would make Oda on par with the likes of Kishi and even Hiro.




In fact, if any of the current SH's get it, that'd be poor story-telling as well.

It is impossible and therefore it can never happen. Because of the impossibility I don't care. We know he can't and we know that if he could he wouldn't. Not only that but Luffy states himself that he can't eat it

I don't Luffy will consume it, he'll probably keep it. If otherwise he did(which would be stupid), could lead to possible side effects.

I dont think that luffy is going to eat it. However if he did, he would still be rubber, he would just have the ability to use fire with his attacks. I don't see him just turning into a logia.

I'm pretty sure he can do that w/o the help of his fruit. Garp should keep away that fruit in storage so no one will use it.
