They all have very little chance of dying
1. Kakashi--of these, Kakashi has the most. Why? In fiction, the master always dies so the student can surpass him. However, this has already happened with Jiraiya. I doubt Kishimoto would do it again to Naruto. And Kakashi has been saved by plot so many times, including being bought back from the dead, I doubt he'll die.
2. Ay--They're aren't many well developed cloud characters that could replace him as Raikage, so his death is unlikely. As Sasuke is slowly going down the path of redemption now, I see A will remain alive long enough to forgive him or at least come to peace with the fact he can't kill Sasuke.
3. Shino--His relationship with Naruto is not developed at all. His death would have little impact on Naruto or any main character. Therefore, he is completely safe.
4. Sakura--Probably won't die if only for pairing reasons.
5. Sasuke--has to live long enough to get some redemption. He also has to live to fight Naruto, and Naruto is very unlikely to kill Sasuke. He called Sasuke a friend after Sasuke attacked the five Kage and tried to kill Sakura twice. Sasuke can't possibly do something worse than that or so bad that Naruto gives up on Sasuke (for Naruto to give up on Sasuke, means Naruto is giving up on himself since he considers Sasuke a darker version of himself). Sasuke also needs to live long enough to restore the clan and show the world that the Uchiha aren't evil. If this doesn't happen, then Itachi's character arc was entirely pointless. Itachi planned on being the villain so the Uchiha wouldn't get a bad name, while Sasuke would be the hero to restore the Uchiha to their former glory. If that doesn't happen, then everything Itachi sacrificed for was pointless. Sasuke overcoming the curse of hatred and restoring the clan would also fit in with the theme the the younger generation surpasses the elder. Essentially, Sasuke would surpass his father and Madara by overcoming the curse of hatred.
