Naruto in Sage Mode is the best overall, I guess, but Karin has some unique sensory abilities, she is the only one who sort of sees chakra (she's synaethetic?).

KARIN UZUMAKI
she doesn't have ANY power ups and she can sense energy at a young early age
like the Adults in the series . She can do what they can do & she will only get better. If she lives.
& Naruto uses other jutsu and Sage mode & KCM , but Karin has it as a natural ability.
Minato/ Tobirama have to put their finger on the ground , AO uses his byakugan (maybe)
BUT KARIN DOES IT AT WILL & ANYTIME POSSIBLE. PLUS GENJUTSU WONT WORK ON HER.
