- Sakura I believe for how she treats Naruto.
- Sasuke for his attitude.
- Itachi because he's stronger than Minato.
- Madara because he's so powerful and stronger than Hashirama.
- Obito because he's the Juubi Jin.

-Itachi..I can't see anyone being more loved than he honestly.
- Minato for one Jutsu.
- Hinata for her timid and meek demeanor.
- Nagato for his life story.
- Killer Bee I just haven't seen anyone yet dislike him he is very likeable.

Also hate is a strong word I prefer liked and disliked. Also this is my personal opinion. Just my perception.
