Personality: Tsukasa is gentle, kind, and caring; however, he reserves these expressions through a calm and quiet demeanor. Tsukasa is also a pacifist which generally leads to attempts of avoiding conflict, or ending it painlessly and as swiftly as possible. Despite being extremely intelligent, Tsukasa can sometimes fail to pick up on the true meanings of what some people mean causing hom to sometimes appear either gullible or clueless. This was due to his more proper or high class upbringing...resulting in his more straightforward and punctual speech patterns and interpretations of words. Sarcasm may just be his worst enemy

Ninja Way: True to the Yin-Yang, Tsukasa's shinobi way is to find balance in everything. His uncanny ability to make light in the dark, and darkness I'm the light can make him appear both inspirational and reassuring and sometimes cynical and depressing. Despite this, Tsukasa is willing to put everything (even his way) to the side to protect his friends or their dreams.
Village: Tsukasa is technically a Shinobi of Konoha; however, is currently given a rogue status.
Clan: Tsukasa Hyuga is naturally part of the Inuzuka clan....just kidding, he's an Exiled Main Branch Member
Special Abilities: Tsukasa is one of the few in his clan who are Hyuga War Sages meaning he deviates from the standard Hyuga Style. Because of his pacifistic nature, his skill in the Gentle Fist would peak only so high before leveling. However, due to his Kind and Pure Heart that desires peace (a rarity in the Honorable and Proud Hyuga) he has evolved the Byakugan onto the Teikoku or Imperial Byakugan. As a result, Tsukasa's eyes take the shape of the Elder Son Dojutsu upon activating hos Imperial Byakugan. He receives 360 degree vision, the ability to see what elements an enemy is about to use (though not what jutsu): Red- Fire, Dark Blue- Water, Brown, Earth, Yellow- Lightning, Green- Wind. Additionally, Tsukasa can see as well as manipulate Natural Energy making him a Pseudo Sage Mode user....where the energy normally acts on its own for Naruto's frog kummit, Tsukasa can freely bend and shape the energy into shields, or attacks to amplify the effectiveness of his Juuken. Finally, Tsukasa gains Mastery only over his Suiton Element, effectively operation like a Waterbender.
Learning Style: Tsukasa generally learns through constant observation. He cannot instantly pick up anything, but after several observations of body tension, chakra shape, movement, and proportions he can then perform the techniques.
Back Story: Tsukasa was a prodigal Hyuga and the first born child of Hiyori and Hiashi Hyuga.During his brief academy days, he constantly was put in as a rival of fellow classmates Itachi Uchiha and Shisui Uchiha (though as a pacifist he wasn't exactly thrilled). However, the three were close friends due to their similar personalities (pacifists...).
Under the premise of making the "Ultimate Team", the Third Hokage slotted Uchiha Itachi, Uchiha Shisui, and Hyuga Tsukasa as a Genin Squad. However, aware of their pacifistic natures, Hiruzen
laved the three under the fiery command of the Red Blooded Hananero Uzumaki Kushina in order to try and give the boys a fighting spirit as well as a hope to keep them from death due to their gentle natures.
It was during their initial, and brief time under Kushina that Tsukasa learned of that despite wanting balance and harmony, there were times on which one had to create harm and death in order to protect those he cared about. This ideal would be tested years later during the Uchiha Clan Massacre.
With his natural skill of Intuition (Byakugan win), Tsukasa could see the strife in the Uchiha as well as his comrades' more stresses behaviors. Upon the night of the Massacre, Itachi enlisted the assistance of Hyuga Tsukasa. Though, not to kill his clan, but to use hos Byakugan to observe and prevent others from entering the Uchiha Complex and discovering the ongoing massacre.
Unfortunately, a belated Sister had decided to follow him...little Hinata Hyuga. Constantly trying to sneak up on her gentle older brother, Hinata had become rather good at moving around (I mean how else does she stalk Naruto so well
). Due to the added stress, of this horrid occasion, Uchiha Obito took note of her just moments before Tsukasa. Intending to eliminate a threat to his plans, Obito was mere seconds from slaying the Hyuga child before he was abruptly stopped through the arrivals of Hiyori Hyuga...another who possesses both a gentle nature and Teikoku Byakugan.
Having been aware of the sadness that was nesicary, Hiyori had stood on the sidelines until noticing her daughter's risk, and for her safety, a deal was struck. A life for a life. Hiyori would give up her life, and give Obito some of her DNA in exchange for the life of Hinata. Additionally, Tsukasa Hyuga would leave the village of Konoha...eliminating Itachi, Shisui, and Tsukasa from Konoha's defense when his plan to extract the Kyubi came.
Within the passing weeks, Tsukasa left the village as did Itachi. Using a Hyuga Kinjutsu, the existence of Tsukasa was erased from the Hyuga clan save Hiashi Hyuga. Luckily not being a shinobi of high profile, Danzo Shimura and Hiruzen Sarutobi altered his name to appear as Tsukasa Shirokishi in the Bingo books. Hiyori Hyuga would meet her death using her skills and Hyuga Kinjutsu to begin the training and early de developments of Hinata's Teikoku Byakugan....her death resulting from sheer ability of Hinata before the Hyuga Kinjutsu sealed these powers to continue to grow and develope subconsciously within the now stunted Hinata. The seal only being released if Hiyori stands against her daughter in battle...Hiyori's act of trying to let jet gentle daughter live a peaceful life (which backfired) , but to also guarantee that if Edo Tensei were to be used on her, Hinata's exponentially growing latent potential could stop her.. Knowing the full potential of his daughter, this only lead to what we know of as Hiashi's impossibly high standards and the basis for Hinata's stunted skill level in Juuken.
Between the massacre and the 4th Shinobi World War, Tsukasa would act as a liaison between Uchiha Itachi and Jiraiya....reporting both Itachi and hos own observations on Akatsuki. In order to both maintain his status as a S-Rank Criminal and help the last wishes of a broken soul, Tsukasa assisted Akatsuki in capturing Han the Gobi Jinjuriki as well as help Han escape this world he hated, but one he was too proud to easily yield to.
During the events of the Shinobi World War,.Tsukasa alongside the presumed deceased Shisui Uchiha cycled between the 5 Great Shinobi Villages and recruiting the help of the lesser Shinobi Villages such as Takigakure to root out various rogue groups of White Zetsu that had been sent to massacre the masses of unprotected civilians.
